Business Contract
After friendly negotiation, both parties have reached the following agreement on mall cooperation:
Cooperation Period:
I. Party A's Responsibilities
- Party A shall provide sufficient suppliers and products for cooperation.
- Party A shall provide security and transportation services, including all business taxes and transportation costs.
- This includes: packaging, installation, after-sales service, transportation, public relations, and all other expenses.
- Party A shall ensure the normal operation of logistics and transportation, and be responsible for the safety of goods and personnel.
- In case of man-made damage, theft, or product damage, Party A shall be fully responsible and compensate at the price.
II. Party B's Responsibilities
- Party B shall provide product costs and maintain mall buyers (customer relationships).
- Party B guarantees good personal credit.
- Party B shall process orders within 24 hours.
III. Breach of Contract Clauses
- In case of special circumstances, both parties shall resolve through negotiation.
- If affected by policies or special circumstances do not comply, Party B shall take full responsibility.
- Both parties must strictly abide by the contract. In case of breach by either party, the breaching party shall bear legal liability or compensation.
- This contract shall take effect from the date of signing.
