after getting to many requests for the mobile partner version which can be installe into the modem here im providing it. when we use modem as a mobile modem, as we carry along while we travel and we are not sure that we are using it on same pc every time it is very tiresome to download mobile partner pc version again and again. so here it is.
you can update the dashboard mobile partner in your modem so you have a non customized general version of mobile partner directly provided by huawei. the installation is simple. and you can have the huawei mobile partner on your modem every time instead of the customized dashboard from airtel vodafone or any other provider. the download is absolutely free. the version is same as the huawei mobile partner pc version only difference is that this mobile partner gets installed on the modem rom.
step by step guide to updating huawei modem dashboard
- download the huawei mobile partner modem version dashboard updater from here

- open the rar file and run the downloaded application
- this will start the dashboard updater wizard
- if the wizard doesnt start, then make sure that modem is plugged in and the old dashboard is exited and most importantly the modem is not connected to internet
- now follow the onscreen instructions on the huawei mobile partner dashboard updater wizard
- keep clicking next for every confirmation window, and you are done

can we have Mobile Partner V16 with Video call facility in place of this Mobile partner, to upgrade the default Idea Dashboard?
After upgrading the modem with this Mobile Partner, every time modem is connected it ask for uninstalling the Mobile partner V16 to install the one in the modem.
I fail to understand the logic behind your moves. At one place you have provided MP V16 with USSD, MMS, Video calling etc for installing it on PC and on other hand you are asking for upgrading with this MP.
I had already appreciated your efforts to provide permanent unlocking of E1732 and had given it wide pulicity. But then I just couldn’t control my anguish over repeated efforts by the modem, upgraded by this version of MP, to unintall the MP v16 and install the The one it has as a upgrade.
sorry for the inconvenience caused. dear friend use the mobile partner v16 on your pc. and dont install the old version from the modem. i have provided the modem version in case you travel and use the modem in some other pc. so that you dont need to download it again for the other pc.

hello sir, i have huwai mobile partner modem stick model E160.., it is unlocked and i can use any sim card..but i can use only old simcard and when i m going to use a new simcard ( of same operator or other operator) , it will show full network but cannot connet to internet..

I’ve just run the huawei mobile partner dashboard updater for modems from the link given above and during the installation process the program promted a message as “the wireless device is not dashboard, update wizard can’t work on”. The modem is an e220 3g Huawei usb modem. What could be the problem with it ?

my Vodafone K2540 Modem is unlocked and working fine with mobile partner 11 , but when i saw the latest version Mobile Partner 23, I want to update it , so installed the latest version MP23 , after it not able to detect my device, even it not responding any thing, then I re-installed mobile partner update wizard then it througing an error msd ” Error code 10: Find port failed ” , In my modem I cant able to see any software is installed , please help to solve my issue, please provide me u r number so that i can explain you better.
